IS PROZ92?
 Pro Z92 is a natural compound; it does not contain
steroids or cortisone and is non-toxic. The primary anti-psoriatic agents are:
3-methylanthralin, chrysophanol, aloe-emodin and aloe-emodin acetate. The four

2. HOW
DOES IT WORK?
 Psoriasis is a condition characterized by
hyperplasia (escalated cell growth rate) of the epidermal keratinocytes of skin
causing flaky scales which are a hallmark of this disease. Skin is composed of
an underlying dermis comprised of fibroblast cells covered by an epidermal layer
composed of keratinocyte cells. It is not clear if fibroblasts play a role in
facilitating the increased level of keratinocyte growth, therefore experiments
were performed in our laboratory to study the effects of Z92 on the growth
characteristics of both cell types. Pro Z92 was added intact and void of acetic
acid to pure populations of fibroblasts and keratinocytes. Twenty-eight (28)
data points for each treatment were collected and evaluated using statistical
methods to compare cell growth rates. Data indicate that intact Pro Z92 and
fraction 1 (Pro Z92 void acetic acid) both significantly inhibited the growth of
kertinocytes, but neither had any effect on fibroblasts. These preliminary
laboratory studies and histological evaluation of skin treated with Pro Z92 in a
mouse model of psoriasis indicate that the Pro Z92 compound inhibits the growth
of keratinocytes (psoriatic cells) and that this activity is specific for this

3. WHAT
MAKES PROZ92 DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TREATMENTS?
 It is an all natural compound. It is also non toxic
with no side effects as shown in studies conducted by Martin Gilman, Ph.D, of
Celsis Laboratory Group in New Jersey. All studies were conducted in compliance
with GLP requirements as outlined in 21 CFR parts 58. In an additional human
clinical trial conducted in 2004 by Canadian dermatologist, Dr. Howard Yanofsky,
there were “no adverse or unexpected drug related adverse events.”
